Alex is the 7th born in a family of 5 boys and 4 girls. He and his siblings live with their parents who are peasants. Alex's parents have a lot of difficulty providing for the needs of their children especially tuition, medical care, clothing, and food. They have no access to clean water or good health care. Alex always misses school due to lack of tuition and school supplies.  At his age, Alex walks to and from school daily but he needs support with his education. Through sponsorship, Alex will be able to stay in school and attain an education.
