Beatrice lives with both her parents and she has one sister and two brothers. Both Beatrice's parents are without jobs and they cannot meet all the needs of their family. Beatrice's parents struggle to feed and clothe their children and they are rarely able to pay for tuition or medication for their children. Beatrice is often asked to leave school and go back home due to her lack of tuition.  Beatrice is also a very talented netball player but she can only play when she attends school.
