David is the first born of 3 girls and 1 boy. His parents are low income earners who have great difficulty in providing adequate nutrition for David and his siblings. The parents' poverty situation means that David's parents cannot provide for basic needs such as food, clothing, any health care, etc. Paying for regular school tuition is out of the question. Becoming aware of David's situation, he has been rescued by Imani Milele Children, Inc. He now lives at one of Imani Milele Children’s homes where most of his basic needs are met. David’s talent in singing and dancing paved way for him to join Imani Milele Choir. He was on their 2015 US tour where he advocated for Uganda’s orphaned and vulnerable children. David is about to enter high school, but will need sponsorship so he may have the tuition and school supplies needed.  His goal is to become a doctor.
