Evelyn is the third born in a family of 8 children.  She has 4 sisters and 3 brothers.  She and her siblings stay with both their parents who are peasants.  They grow crops such as corn and beans on a rented piece of land and the harvest is split halfway between Evelyn’s parents and the owner of the land.  This leaves little food for the family and it’s never enough to take them thru to the next harvest season.  Clothing the children and getting medication in case of any illness is extremely hard for Evelyn’s parents and paying for the children’s tuition is impossible.  With your faithful monthly contribution, Evelyn can be in school on a regular basis to work towards her dreams.
