Eve is the second born in her family of six girls. Her parents are both unemployed. They own a small piece of property where they grow crops mainly for food. They live in a two roomed house made of mud and bamboo. They don’t have access to clean water, beddings and good medication. Eve’s parents struggle to provide for their children especially paying tuition, providing medical care and clothing. Eve likes school but sometimes misses due to unpaid tuition and the lack of school supplies. If given the chance to stay in school, Eve can achieve the hope of a better future for her family and community.
