Gift is the fifth born in a family of three boys and two girls. She lives with her parents and siblings and they all live in a small temporary house made of mud and reed structures.  Her parents are peasant farmers who grow corn, potatoes, beans and vegetables to feed the family but there is little left over to sell to pay Gift’s tuition to attend school.  When possible, Gift and her siblings walk to school which is about 3 miles from their home. She has no shoes and walks barefoot. With your prayers and sponsorship, Gift will be able to reach her goal of becoming a nurse and living a better life.
