Osbert is born in a vulnerable family of twelve children.  He takes the sixth position with six sisters and five brothers.  He stays with both his parents in a remote village where there’s no access to clean water, medical care and electricity.  His parents are unemployed but grow crops on a small scale purposely for food.  What’s so amazing about Osbert is his love for school.  He happily walks about 2 miles to and from school on foot without shoes. He is often sent back home from school for tuition but he continues going back the next day in need of attaining education.  Despite the challenges, Osbert is good at African dances and an active performer.  Offering a helping hand towards his education would make a great difference in Osbert’s life.
