I am the 4th child in a very large family. My father is a peasant farmer while my mother sells food in our local market. Whereas my parents work very hard my mother suffers from a severe case of hypertension and goes to the medical center so often. As a result thier combined income is not able to cover medical bills, household needs and also ensure that I go to school.
