Joel, the second born in his family has two brothers and one sister.  He and his siblings stay with both their parents who are peasants. From their small garden, they have been able to support their family.  His parents are uneducated so they cannot get any other job to supplement on their low income. The little income they get from the sales of the surplus crops from their garden is no adequate to pay tuition for their four children.  Joel is a smart young boy who loves school.  His dream is to become a police officer.
