I live with my 2 step-sisters and grandparents in Kikubamutwe, Buikwe district in Eastern Uganda. My parents separated and father abandoned me to my mother. Mother remarried and she lives in a different town. Neither father nor mother sends any financial support to my grandparents because they don’t have stable jobs. My grandparents carry out subsistence farming but they are growing older and weaker.
