Michael is the last born in a family of six children; 3 boys and 3 girls. Michael and his siblings stay with both their mother who is a full time housewife and their peasant father who from his small garden has been able to support his family. The little income he gets from the sales of the surplus crops from his garden is no adequate to pay tuition for his six children. Michael is a bright young boy who loves school but he often misses school due to luck of tuition.
