Samuel is the fifth born of seven children in his family. He has three brothers and three sisters. He lives with both his parents in a very remote area of Lagut, Gulu in Northern Uganda. The father was left disabled after an attack by the Lord's Resistance Army (LRA) in the area. He is now unable to do anything to help and the mother is fully responsible for providing for the family. All she is able to do is grow food for the family. Samuel always misses school due to his mother’s inability to pay his tuition. That is why he is only in the fourth grade. Through sponsorship, you will help Samuel attend school regularly, and pursue his dream of becoming a doctor.
