My name is Shamina. I am the seventh born with seven siblings. We live with our parents in the village of Malindi in Eastern Uganda about 10 miles from the source of the River Nile. I used to miss school because my parents are unemployed and couldn't afford to pay for my tuition and school supplies. I attend school regularly now that I am sponsored through Imani Milele Children. I believe that I will have a bright future through education. I am studying to be a doctor.
