Shamirah, the last born in her family of three children, stays with her father and siblings.  Her parents’ separation marked her beginning of suffering and misery. Her mother abandoned them moving to a further place; her whereabouts aren’t known up to now.  She and her siblings remained with their poor and unemployed father.  He only depends on subsistence farming where the crops grown are mainly for home consumption.  Shamirah’s desire is to become a nurse but her father is incapable of keeping her in school.  He has no source of income hence difficulty in providing for the children’s basic necessities.  With your sponsorship, Shamirah’s bright future can be guaranteed because she will be able to be in school on a regular basis to work towards her dreams.
