I am the 1st born in my family. My sisters and I live with our mother. Our father has another wife and he lives with her. He occasionally comes to visit us. Our mother has a small piece of land for crop growing. She earns very little yet she has to spare some money for my sister’s medication. She has a problem with her intestines and she even had surgery. Our mother struggles to provide for our needs, especially paying for our tuition.
