I am the 2nd born in my family. I live with my parents in a mud-and-sticks house. My parents are peasant farmers. They grow corn, beans, and potatoes on our small piece of land. My father was involved in a motorcycle accident in 2022. It affected his chest. He can’t do any work. My mother finds it very difficult to provide for us especially paying for my tuition and meeting my father’s medical bills. My dream is to become a nurse so I can help people like my father.
