I am the 3rd born of my mother’s 4 children. My mother was my father’s youngest wife. When my father died in March 2021, our older stepsiblings chased us out of the mud-and-sticks house he had left us. Being unemployed, our mother couldn’t take care of us. She went to look for work but she regularly checks in on us. Imani Milele rescued us and we now have hope for a brighter future. We live with a guardian who cares for us and all our needs are met. I like being at school. My dream is to become a nurse and I study to achieve it.
