Sarah is a twin and is the fourth born in a family of five children. Their family lives deep in the village with no access to clean water, electricity, good roads and good medication. The father died of malaria six months before these twins were born. The mother persevered all the hardships of nursing the twins and providing the family with the basic requirements. Sarah was taken in by her grandparents at the age of 2 years till now. The grandparents are so poor that they are unable to provide for Sarah's basic needs or pay for her tuition.
